This place is awful!!! They give you excuses after excuses. Keep your vehicles longer than they should. They won't stay open long enough to even work on something of yours.... They will put scratches and everything in your vehicle too and then not tell you about them.... This place is an absolute joke and I do not recommend. If I could give 0 stars I would! Gave me the run around but then would tell someone else something different. Y'all all are jokes and it should be turned to F minus auto service

If I could give a 0 I would. But I am mad. My truck broke down in Jonesboro. Ended up needing a new motor. That's fine. Well they made up excuses for 1. And then would close shop early when haven't been open that long. "Because it's hot" . Also they would tell me my truck would be done by this day. And I call them. And it is still not done and then they would tell me it was done and then I would call who I go through for my truck and they would call me back telling me they told them they not done yet. Or haven't started yet. But when I was finally able to get my truck back I noticed My passenger side door rubbed bad and I had to jump on my step ladder to get it to stop touching my door because they bent it. And then (mind you I have pics of my truck before it went into this shop) when I go to wash my truck cause I live down a dirt road .... I washed it. And noticed I got a huge deep scratch by my right back tire area. That WAS NOT there before... And then my right side headlight is scratched to hell !!! I called them and asked and all they could say was " oh uh I don't know I'll ask my guys I didnt drive the truck" that's fine but I know my truck was NOT like this I have proof. And

Nobody had the tire I needed in stock except for this place. Got me in and done quick and for a fair price.

Great service, friendly staff very informative. A certified technician worked on my car got everything fixed in a timely manner did not cost me an arm and a leg would highly highly recommend. Especially in this economy, you want your vehicle going to somebody you can trust and it is honest and affordable and they also offer different financing options through snap etc. check them out

Would not go here for anything ever again. I took them my van to get my torque converter changed because that is what I personally thought now I am not a mechanic so I thought that’s what was wrong with it because the code had popped up them as mechanics should have been professional and test drove the van before they worked on it and told me that hey it’s not that it’s your transmission but instead what they did was they took the van charged me $1700 broke two parts off my van and then made me pay for those as well so if you want to spend a shit ton of cash and then have a car at the end that doesn’t work go to them Because when we got our car back after I had called them on a Monday and they told me when I called them. Oh yeah, it was done on a Friday, but they never called me to let me know. They never called me any time through anything to let me know what was going on with my car what was wrong with it? they never gave me any type of updates or anything. They are honestly, the worst mechanic shop I’ve been to I had to literally get my van towed home from their mechanic shop so A+ auto needs to change name to F+ auto
